Return & Refund Policy for OmShreeNamah.com

At OmShreeNamah, we strive to provide you with authentic pooja essentials and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Returns Eligibility
 

You may request a return or replacement only if:

  • The product is defective or damaged upon delivery.

  • You received the wrong item.

  • The product is expired or unfit for use.

⚠️ Non-returnable items:

  • Opened, used, or partially consumed pooja items (e.g., incense, oils, powders, prasad).

  • Customized or special-order items.

  • Items returned without original packaging or invoice.
     

2. Return Process
 

  1. Notify us within 48 hours of delivery by email/phone with your order details and product photos.

  2. Our team will verify the claim and provide return instructions.

  3. Products must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as received.

  4. Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup (where available) or request you to ship the item to our warehouse.
     

3. Refunds
 

  • Refunds will be processed only after inspection of the returned product.

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method (UPI, bank transfer, credit/debit card, wallet) within 7–10 business days of approval.

  • In case of prepaid orders, if the return is approved, the full amount (excluding shipping charges, if any) will be refunded.

  • If a return is not eligible (e.g., product used, tampered, or outside policy timeline), no refund will be issued.
     

4. Cancellations
 

  • Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch.

  • Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for return under the conditions above.

  • For cancelled orders, refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days to the original payment method.
     

5. Exchange Policy
 

  • Exchanges are allowed only for defective/damaged/wrong products.

  • Replacement will be shipped once the returned item is received and inspected.
