Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with OmShreeNamah.com. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Order Processing Time

After you place your order and make successful payment, please allow 7–10 working days for us to process, pack, and dispatch your order.

“Working days” refers to Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays.

2. Shipping Locations & Carriers

We currently ship to addresses within India. 

We partner with trusted logistics & courier services ShipRocket to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details (if tracking is available).

3. Shipping Charges & Free Shipping

Shipping charges depend on the weight and destination of your order. The final shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.

Free shipping is offered for orders above INR 999.

For orders below that threshold, the standard shipping charges will apply as per the rate slabs.

4. Delivery Time

After dispatch, typical delivery time is 7-10 business days (depending on your location).

Please note that remote areas or special local conditions (e.g. COVID delays, natural disasters, strikes) may cause delays beyond the estimated time.

5. Partial Shipments

In some cases, items in your order may ship separately (for example, if one item is ready earlier). If that happens, you will receive separate dispatch and tracking notifications.

Shipping charges are based on all items combined and will not increase due to partial shipments.

6. Damaged, Lost, or Missing Items

Upon receiving the package, please inspect it immediately.

If you find any item is damaged, missing or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours via support@omshreenamah.com
, providing your order number, photos of the damaged packaging and product, and a brief description of the issue.

We will review your case and, if approved, offer a replacement or refund as per our Returns & Refund Policy.

7. Returns & Refunds

Please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy (link) for conditions under which returns or refunds are accepted.

Note that customers may need to bear the cost of return shipping except in cases where the error is ours.
